Public-Private Partnership Management (PPP)
The Privatization Program was launched by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) to meet the objectives of Vision 2030. For each PPP project to be completed successfully, both local and international knowledge and skills are required in technical and financial analysis. However, as PPP is new to the Saudi market, this area lacks the required skills.
In collaboration with its international partners, NCG provides a unique experience in the field of PPP, working in both the government and private sector to build internal capabilities that would manage the need assessment, technical analysis, and bid management.

At NCG, we work together with our clients to establish and manage the project management offices (PMOs) to deliver their goals and deliver a fully operational PMO upon the completion of the contract. We realize the importance of PMOs in today's companies, particularly with the immense transformation ongoing within the county. NCG has taken on its shoulders to create a center of excellence unit capable of being able to initiate a transfer of knowledge of a PMO.
